This Privacy Notice explains how Ludo Labs CS ("we", "us", "our"), trading as UGC Factory, collects and processes personal data when you use our website and services at ugcfactory.store (the "Service"). Ludo Labs CS is the data controller for the personal data described below.

  • Account data: name, email, hashed password or OAuth identifier.
  • Product inputs: product names, URLs, and briefs you submit to generate assets.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation history, device identifiers, IP address, and browser type.
  • Support data: messages you send us and their contents.
  • Payment data: processed by our reseller Paddle. We receive limited billing metadata (country, plan, transaction ID) but not full card details.

2. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing and operating the Service — performance of a contract.
  • Account creation, authentication, and account security — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • Customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests in improving our Service.
  • Fraud prevention and abuse detection — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
  • Marketing communications — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Sharing your data

We share personal data with:

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers that host our application and database.
  • Analytics and support tooling that helps us understand usage and respond to requests.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Public authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
