30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to new subscriptions and one-time purchases.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup with the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at support@ugcfactory.store and we will help coordinate your refund with Paddle.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges; a refund of the most recent charge is subject to the 30-day window above.
